I reworked a vintage red tiered crinoline/tulle skirt into a dress by deconstructing it a bit, adding two tie closures and attaching two textured sweater knit puff sleeves (cut from a previous project)
-Rhinestones, beads, crystals
Cleverly placed satin bows on the sleeves, and hot pink metal bow broach on the peter pan collar, make this costume truly unique
